Refund and Returns Policy

At Xtron India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a clear and hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

๐Ÿ•’ Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items marked as non-returnable (such as hygiene-related gear, special discounts, or clearance sale products).
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@xtronindia.com or WhatsApp us at 9501774440ย with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (in case of damage or incorrect item)

  2. Our team will review the request and confirm if it qualifies for return.

  3. If approved, weโ€™ll schedule a pickup through our courier partner.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • The original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • UPI/bank transfer (for COD returns)

๐Ÿ’ก Please note: Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know when raising the return request. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can initiate a return after delivery as per the return policy above.
