Shipping Policy

At Xtron India, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand that receiving your fitness gear on time is essential, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth from purchase to delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, regional holidays, weather conditions).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below the free shipping threshold. Exact charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you before confirming your order.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can use this information to track your order directly on the courier’s website.

6. Undelivered Packages

  • If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm re-shipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
